Returns & Exchanges are not accepted. However, If you have a problem with your order please feel free to contact us directly. 

All orders ship within 5 business days after purchase is complete and paid. All packages are shipped using USPS and UPS, depending on which has the better shipping cost, to make shipping as cost effective for you as possible. 

We do offer OPEN BOX option, where you can opt out of shipping right away and keep your box open for future sales, or to continue to add to your order in order to save on the cost of shipping! 

If purchasing with us during a Live Sale, Story sale or Instagram Sale in general, payment in required within 24 hours after sale is complete. Otherwise your order may be cancelled and your items may be sold to someone else. 


***In cases of severe damage during the shipping process – I will accept returns with an 100% refund to you on the item: you will be required to provide me with photos of damaged goods within a maximum of 3 days after tracking has confirmed delivery to your location. At this point I will provide you with my address to which you can send the damaged item, and I will give you the refund after receiving the item. Please note that damage claims after the 3 day maximum will not be accepted.Please allow 3-5 business days for shipping. Shipping confirmation and tracking information is always provided via email.
